We ordered Chinese tonight. Instead of something totally fried like I usually order, I decided to order something I'd never had before (I'd tried a bite of Shannon's once) - Mu Shu pork. I only had half of it. According to the WW site, thats 10 points, and Sparkpeople puts it at 426 calories. One thing I've noticed since I started this diet is that I get full ALOT faster. In the past, I would be able to eat that entire box of mu shu pork - or an entire Chinese meal (plus appetizers, usually). Now half of a meal is almost too much for me. This makes me happy :)
Did 3.2 miles on the treadmill (1.5 running). When I walk I walk at 3.7 mph so still really brisk. Did it in 10th of a mile increments again.
