This is my base plan. I can substitute for the same point levels if necessary, but I have to stay within my point range. Click on it to view it full size (meaning, readable!).

New (Old) Plan
I'm going back a couple of years, and trying weight watchers again through the wedding. The new plan is to try the jump start plan for 1-2 weeks, then the flex points plan until the wedding.
The jump start plan calls for 20 points per day, no flex points. If you exercise, you should eat whatever you earn in activity points so you can even it out. (Or they say you'll gain weight because you're not eating enough).
The flex points plan calls for me to eat 22 points (20 if I reach below 150 pounds) plus 35 flex points per week (that I can use or not use as I like).
Also, WW encourages 2 servings of dairy and 5 servings of fruits and veggies per day.
I have already determined that my usual Panera Bagel with reduced fat cream cheese is 10 points total. So I am going to make a huge sacrifice, and cut that bagel in half til the wedding! I have already cut the bagels I eat at home down to the mini size, and I'm not missing the full size bagels at all. So I think I can do this!
I'm working out a food plan/exercise plan to begin on Monday. (allowing me to recover fully from this awful awful cold). I'll post each day with my foods & point values for the next day, at least as often as I remember!
The flex points plan is pretty easy, I followed that before. Its these 2 weeks on the 20 points with no flex points that's going to be tough for me!
