I get a really amazing adrenaline rush when I run. Was disappointed that my legs were too sore last night to do it, but hey, I can't expect to be able to run every single day. I am not a runner :) (At least, not yet!).
But they had their rest day, and tonight, it's back on. Going to do the 1/10th of a mile increments again, I found that that worked well last time. It allowed me to run more distance, without getting as tired. Burns a ton of calories too! My HRM isn't as affective because I'm changing paces so quickly, but what I do is, I know my average Heart Rate while walking, and the rate while running, and I calculate using the online calculation (based off weight, sex, and time) to get an average.
I also calculate activity points using the guidelines WW sets up. That helps too.
