I managed to get in a little bit of exercise late last night. I did arms and abs before bed. No cardio. I have to cut my cardio down anyway, so I figured 2 days off between was ok. I think from now on I'm going to try to go 2 days a week with no exercise, 4 days with cardio, and one day of just arms and abs.

Also trying to add more calories to my meals without eating too much more food. Last night I had hibachi at Tokyo, and I saved probably more than half the rice for today's lunch. But I had steak, lobster, shrimp, veggies, and some rice, and some broth, so I think the meal is good.

Still 149.0 this morning :)

Today I had a full Panera bagel for breakfast.

Tonights goal - run til I have to stop, lets see if I can do 2.3 miles again! :) But between now and 3pm tomorrow, I also have to finish the 2 bracelets and 1 necklace for the bridesmaid jewelry, wrap all the gifts up, write out my thank you notes to each of them, and take pictures of the jewelry for the weddingplans blog. I think I can do it, no problem :)
