I did enjoy a hamburger and small fry from McDonald's last night for dinner. But I got a salad and just didn't have the appetite to eat it. And I didn't eat anything after dinner. My hunger is just gone. I often forget my mid-morning snack. The only time of day I feel a little hunger is around 4pm.
So I have to figure out a good balance, in order to maintain my weight. I can cut down some of my exercise (maybe do 4 days a week, more strength training and a little less cardio) and add some higher calorie foods to my days, but I honestly don't have the hunger to eat MORE food. (Nor do I want to be able to eat more food). But I also really, really, am not enjoying the idea of adding more calories either.
I'll figure it out. I'll monitor everyday. Today I was still 149.0. But the key is going to be not getting thinner while still running, because I don't want to give that up, and that just sounds hard. (Seems weird to say that since it was so hard to start losing in the first place).
