Found myself incredibly hungry today around mid-afternoon, but that's because I stupidly only brought celery for my afternoon snack. For tomorrow I've added 10 baby carrots (o points) to the afternoon foods, and a cup of green beans (0 points) to dinner.

Mom wants to walk tomorrow (yay!) so hopefully I'll get some extra exercise in. I'm going to bring my HRM with me (not that the walk with mom will get it up too far) but I can at least tell how many cals burned while walking.
