154!

First, I actually ate 1095 cals yesterday - I forgot my apple.

Second, I updated my ticker (knowing full well this could be a fluke), but I lost 2 pounds yesterday! I'm at 154 today. I haven't seen that on my scale in probably a year :)

Now, the plan is not to weigh in until Friday! Its soooo hard :)

I forget which smart ones I'm eating tonight (something that's 5 points), but those are usually around 300 calories. Using that estimate, after plugging in all my other foods into Sparkpeople, looks like todays cals will be closer to just under 1200. Plus I plan to do the elliptical again and an arm workout.
