Today is day 1 of my two week plan (see previous entry for full plan details). Also Day 1 of the whole "doing weight watchers until the wedding" plan. I'm excited to get back to exercising tonight. I'm still sick, and very tired, which I am attributing to the antibiotics. I am having some severe sciatic nerve pain today, only when I sit in certain positions, but it is killer. Luckily its not affecting the ability to walk, so I think I'll be fine with the elliptical tonight. I am aiming for the 18 minutes, but having not exercised in over a week, I'm a little concerned I won't be able to do it.

Here's hoping my plan will work. I am determined to be strict with it. I can figure out how to substitute points if I go out (the website I use has like, hundreds of restaurants listed), and I actually only have 1 meal planned out in the next 2 weeks so hopefully it will be easy. All I can do is try.
