Oh yeah...

I did my workout. COMPLETED it! Did 10 minutes on the eliptical (using the interval setting instead of the fat burn this time), I burned more calories doing it that way. Then I did all 5 arm exercises, full sets. By the time I was on my last pushup I was dead. I think I'll start with pushups next time.

Also, I notice a weird thing when I do the lateral raises - my left shoulder clicks everytime i go to lower my arms. I do not like it. It doesn't feel pleasant. I'll give it some time to see if it goes away, but if not, I am not sure I can continue those particular exercises.

Sparkpeople isn't working for me right now. Its being slow and not loading properly. In a side note, I've found it quite difficult to remember/have the time to plug in my calories. I'm sticking to trying to mentally keep track, and just watch what exactly I'm eating.

Today's foods were: WW bagel w/ cream cheese (approx 360), homemade mac n cheese, yoplait whips (140), pears, jello cup (10), 5 sugarfree cookies (150), a SBD pizza (340), and some beef soup. about 5 glasses of water, 2 diet cokes, and one V8 can (approx 72). So without the calc for the mac n cheese (using whole wheat pasta) and the beef soup, its 1072 calories. Which means I should be just about on target for the day. :)
