Wow.

I put up that exercise tracker onto my blog last night, and I realized, I actually did do some form of exercise/activity for the past 7 straight days. That's really good for me! :) I'm pleased. I plan to continue that for as long as I can. Dammit, I want to lose the extra weight by the wedding, and its only 98 days away. 98 freakin' days. That is CLOSE.

I feel like I'm eating ok. Maybe not perfect, but the calorie range has been good I think. So really, the workouts are what is going to do it for me.

A question. Do you think that I should continue with the interval setting on my treadmill, knowing I can probably only do 10 minutes of it. Or should I try a manual setting, with some resistance, that I might be able to last for 15-20 minutes on? What do you think is better for my body?

obviously any exercise is great! But interval training is geared specifically for fat burning. So I would go with that whenever you get the chance. The other setting will of course burn calories, but will help you more with endurance.

I say, interval for as long as you can, and just work on making it longer and longer! You'll get stronger FAST!
