Ok. Here goes my attempt:
This is a 7 day plan, that starts with tonight. I am pretty certain I will have days where I cannot work out. Or where I cannot complete the set workout. However, it is much easier for me to put different exercises into place if there's a full 7 days. So things might change up but this is my guideline. Also, the plan includes eliptical every day. Probably not possible, but I'm going to try.
Day 1 - Eliptical (10+ minutes), arms (follow arms workout routines in previous post)
Day 2 - Eliptical, legs (follow legs workout routines in previous post)
Day 3 - Eliptical, pilates dvd - abs program(s)
Day 4 - Eliptical
Day 5 - Eliptical, arms
Day 6 - Eliptical, legs
Day 7 - Eliptical, pilates dvd - abs
The other thing to note is that I am allowing myself to change up the exercises above for wii fit, when I decide to wii fit. I feel like I'll get a much better workout using the plan above, but I really enjoy my wii fit, so I'd like to have the opportunity to get on that too. However, it takes about 2x as long to get a workout on it, so I can't plan to do it because of possibly time restraints.
