Bry gave me a link to a wedding dress workout article. There are some good exercises in there. For ease of reference, I'm going to list them here. Then later, I plan to make a post to map out my exercise routine. I figure, I MUST be able to find at least 1/2 hour 5 days a week to work out in some way. I just have to. So I'm going to start designating the time, just like work is designated. I think that will help.
Anyway, on to the workouts I'd like to try/can do with equipment I own. All appear to be 2 sets of 15 reps.
Dumbell Chest Press
Dumbell Flys
Dumbell Lateral Raises
Alternating Dumbbell Bicep Curls
Pushups (I can only do girlie ones)
Genie Sit
Lying Double Leg Raises (I do this already)
Single Leg Bridge Ups
Squats (3 sets)
Walking Lunges (3 sets)
There are alot of other workouts listed, but they involve either the gym, a resistance band, or a stability ball.
Looks like this is stuff I'd do on my non-cardio days. Onto figuring out a workout plan!
