I did well today. My calories per Sparkpeople are at 1,055 after dinner. I have plenty of room for a tasty snack later :) Just completed my workout. I did 12 minutes (1.5 miles) on the elliptical, followed by an arm workout - 2 sets of 15 each of chest flies, chest presses, and bicep curls, followed by 2 sets of 10 pushups. :)
I had decided not to do the video today, giving my body one more day to fully recover, just on the off chance that the stomach pain i had was something i pulled (i really dont' think it was), so i'll do that tomorrow.
I feel like I'm eating really healthy lately. I'm eating things like whole wheat bagels with fat free cream cheese, soups, (homemade, and campbell's tomato), goldfish crackers, yogurts, fruit, etc. I just feel healthier. Drinking more water too, making sure of it. Plus, i've been really thirsty so I'm actually running between 8-10 glasses a day now...
Lets hope I can keep it up. Sure am having cravings for McDs!
