So yesterday was a pretty crappy day. I had very serious lower abdomin pain, and my doctor really thought it was appendicitis, so I had to go through all kinds of emergency tests at the hospital. Turned out they found nothing. No explanation for the pain.

Needless to say, I did not work out yesterday, and don't intend to today, because I feel better and don't want to re-aggravate whatever it was. I will workout again tomorrow though, don't you worry!

Yesterday, I think my calories were a little high, because I didn't eat from 9pm Monday through about 4pm yesterday. I had a mini bagel with ff cream cheese and avocado, about 4 servings of goldfish crackers, beef soup with wheat toast, then later on some baked doritos and 3 sugarfree cookies.

Today so far I've only had my mini bagel with ff cream cheese and tomato.
