Ok. I actually do have diet related stuff today. But first, I must get this out!
The New Kids on the Block concert on Friday was UNBELIEVABLE. It was, by far, THE best concert I've ever been to in my entire life. They looked amazing. They sounded incredible. They played ALL their hits (I had forgotten the set list Shannon gave me, so it was like a surprise). We had floor seats in the back, and they had a second stage out back - we came within about 5 people of them! They did 3 songs back there so it was like our own front row! I have never screamed so much at any concert, ever. Joey and Jordan even did their own songs from their solo careers - Joey doing "Stay the Same" and Jordan doing "Give it to You." The sound in the Garden was deafening. They did 2 separate encores, and for the final one (Hangin' Tough) they brought out Paul Pierce with the Celtics trophy! The place was going nuts! I don't think I've ever even been to a concert where people screamed this much! And I've been to a lot of concerts! Seriously. Best concert experience ever - and I'm not sure if anyone else will live up to it. MAYBE Garth Brooks. But the energy that was in this show, this crowd, it was unmatched.
And - oh my GOD has Jordan Knight gotten SO HOT. I used to love Joey. But Joey's actually gotten uglier, while Jordan has become SO FINE. He took his shirt off too, and I just died. Like a 12 year old girl.
Ok. On to diet stuff:
First off - I may have convinced my sister to try following the Weight Watchers Flex Points plan. I gave her all the info. Now its up to her to try it out.
For me - I'm hitting the grocery store in the morning to shop for the party, and for our regular stuff. Today, I spent a good 7 hours cleaning and doing laundry, so i worked my butt off.
I planned this week some small amounts of exercise - because it is close week and quarter end, and I know if I plan too much I won't get it all done. So here goes:
Monday - 20 pushups, weigh in on wii fit, 20 jacknife crunches on the fit, and 10 minutes of boxing.
Tuesday - at least 20 minutes of wii fit
Wednesday - at least 20 minutes of wii fit, 20 pushups
Thursday - at least 30 minutes of wii fit
Friday - off
Saturday - 20 pushups, 20 jacknife crunches
Sunday - at least 30 minutes of wii fit
