Ate today:
Everything bagel w/ cream cheese
about 1/2 cup artichoke dip with pita chips
fruit salad (homemade, not syrup)
sugarfree jello
peanuts
2 tiny packages of Welches Fat Free Fruit snacks (3 packs is one serving)
Dinner is roasted chicken with green beans
Dessert of no sugar added iced cream
And I have time to do my Wii Fit exercises!
