I did 2 miles on the treadmill - .9 running and 1.1 walking. I did abs and arms tonight too. I was a little pooped out when I hit around 1.5 miles, so I did 2 miles and called it a day. I know I can't expect to be able to run 3 miles every day. So I am happy with today.
And now...bed time. I am tired!
