Still 154 this morning! i know i said I wasn't going to get on the scale til Friday but I wanted to see if the drop was a fluke, and its not! Yay! Now, I'm going to try to go a few days without weighing. The scale actually hovered on 153.5 for a second too, so I'm hoping that means I'm actually just under 154. That would be nice.

Anyway, the results are making me crazy motivated.

Today's foods (I adjusted a little)
milk, banana, oatmeal = 5.5 pts
lean cuisine, apple, green beans = 6 pts
pringles, strawberries, carrots = 2 pts
chili's tilapia, 1/4 basket of chips & salsa = 7 pts

Total points = 20.5, 1164 calories per Sparkpeople

The plan was for an ab workout, approximately .5 activity points, but depending on what time I get home I may try for elliptical again. I'm loving the cardio.

Can't wait to get that treadmill tomorrow!
