We walked today, 37 minutes, we burned 175 calories per my HRM. I checked the google maps to figure it out and its approximately 1.7 miles.
I did the 18 minutes elliptical. About 25 jumping jacks to warm up, and an arm workout. 2 sets of 10 reps of chest flys, 2 sets of 12 reps chest presses, 2 sets of 10 bicep curls, and 2 sets of 10 of some move I don't know the name of. You stand and kind of squat, and push the dumbells straight out, and pull them back. Its from the Shred DVD.
Wasn't as hungry today, thank goodness.
And the best news of all, Brad said I could get the treadmill from Walmart! Its $277. Its the cheapest non-manual treadmill there is. I'm sure it won't be fabulous, but it just needs to work for me. No fancy stuff needed. I just want to walk, for hours! :) I'm going up to Amherst NH Walmart (only one close by in NH that has it in stock) to pick it up on Thursday night after work. Yay!!!
