God I am sore today. Like, majorly sore. I actually stiffened up within a half hour of my workout last night, and today, ugh, my ankles, inner thighs, back of my calves, even my hip bones, just ache. And I am exhausted.
Had far too much salt and soda last night at Chili's, so today, I weighed in at 151.5 today. I am still pleased, its only up 1/2 pound, (and my scale rounds), and with all that salt, I am not surprised. It means I really have lost the weight, and that makes me happy.
Think I'll just be walking tonight :) Or running in very small bursts.

I am sooo sore today too!
My legs are all fatigued and achey, and it figures it's on a day that I have a stand up, runnin around job to do today! Oi!
I am down 5 of the 9.5lbs today! :-)
