I tried to upload a pic of my dinner but blogger appears to be having some trouble, it will not let me upload. Says done, but doesn't add the picture. Even tried a couple of files, it just won't work. Anyway, it was Chili's tilapia again. When I get blogger working, I'll post a pic. Also had the chips & salsa. This time I had probably 1/2 basket, I was hungry and the food took forever, but I only ate 1/2 my fish, so the rest is lunch tomorrow.
Finished my workout about a half hour ago, and already, I'm terrifically sore. I mean SORE. I did awesome tonight.
First, I did a full arm workout.
Then, I did the treadmill. I walked at 3.7 mph for 1/4 mile. I ran 1/2 mile at 4.1 mph, then ran another 1/2 mile from 4.2-4.4 mph speeds. I almost puked after that mile, but instead, I walked another 1/4 mile at 3.7, then ran .1 miles at 4.1, walked .1 at 3.7, ran .1 at 4.2, and then walked .2 miles at 3.0 mph to round out 2 miles.

Tomorrow I'm going out for dinner. Skipping the alcohol, but I've worked it out so prior to dinner, I'll have only 10.5 points eaten, and 660 calories. I am sure I can't run tomorrow but I'll at least walk. So that gives me about 10-12 points for dinner! :)
Oh, and I've now worked out every day for the past 9 days! Yay!
