Phew. Just finished a great workout. I didn't do the dance part - I wasn't up to it tonight.

But I did burn 346 calories doing the 18 minute elliptical program (i CANNOT believe I made it 18 minutes on the elliptical) and 100 jumping jacks. I also did 100 crunches (20 side, 20 regular, 10 reverse, and 50 bicycle). No calorie counting during the crunches.

So, review of the elliptical program - great! I struggle to make it 10 minutes using the programmed settings on my elliptical. Its hard work, but I can't go more than 12, and I'm dead from it. I'm out of breath, it hurts, its crazy. By doing the 18 minute interval exercise, I'm doing shorter, higher intervals, and it allows me to work out longer, burning even more calories than I do on the hard 10 minute program I was doing.

I'm happy. That was a great workout. I feel so good for doing it. And I need to re-iterate how much i LOVE jumping jacks.

I love jumping jacks for how many calories they burn! But omg I hate them. My fat belly flops up and down so much I get sick! Last night, I dug out a old corset from my bureau and had to wear it to work out in! Helped a lot :-) LOL

SO proud of you for that workout! I told you you could do the 18 minutes!

Hehe. I HAVE to wear a bra when I do jumping jacks. I started doing them the other night without a bra on and omg, my boobs would probably have ripped right off my chest.
