Alright. I ate a bad lunch (tasty, but bad for me) so I need a plan:
Assuming I get to leave on time tonight:
6:30 - 7 - dinner
7-8 - make chicken soup, let cook while exercising
8-8:20 - 18 minute elliptical exercise, found on yahoo, with intervals. I'm going to die.
8:20-8:30 - abs
8:30-8:40 - dance
This will be 40 mins of exercise, I think that will be good for today.
Friday:
I will NOT weigh in. I don't think today's meal is going to benefit me tomorrow.
Meal plan is:
Panera Bagel w/ low fat cream cheese
Yogurt
Chicken soup (homemade)
Apple
Hardboiled Egg
Carrots
Chicken Soup
Strawberries & Splenda
Sparkpeople puts this at 1479 calories. Not sure how accurate their soup calories are. but its a healthy meal day.
Exercise goal for tomorrow - 30 day shred.
Saturday and Sunday - I'll stick to plan except for the meal out with Shannon. (Sushi). Exercise goals are to walk at least 2 miles per day, complete the 30 day shred once, complete the 18 min elliptical program once, and a complete arm workout. Plus, another personal dance-off.
Starting next week the goal is now 40 minutes of exercise per day, 5 days per week. The other two days, at least 15 minutes of exercise.
And after this Saturday - no more cheating on the diet plan.
