I took advantage of the beautiful weather today and took a 2 mile brisk walk around my neighborhood. It felt sooo good to get out...

I also want to mention that since doing the 30 day shred, I have found a new favorite exercise. Jumping Jacks. They really open up your whole body, and stretch you out. They just feel soooo good.

So 2 miles walking. Plan is to do the eliptical and a full arm workout later tonight.

First, unfortunately, I have a TON of work to do. I'm going to be working most of the day. :(
