Seriously. I just realized why I wasn't losing weight before. I was dramatically underestimating how many calories eating out was. I just spent some time pondering the Chili's menu, because we may be going there tonight. (I hope not!). Tilapia and Chips/Salsa are essentially the only things I can eat there.
My favorite dish, the honey chipotle crispers, as served (fries and corn) is 1990 calories, and 48 weight watcher points.
The healthiest salad they have is a side salad, no dressing, and thats 5 points still. A buffalo chicken salad is 27 points.
Seriously. a 2000 calorie meal SHOULDN'T BE LEGAL TO SERVE!
Will I eat them again someday? Sure. After the wedding. But not that often, and you can be sure I'm working my ass off to eat well/exercise around when I visit Chili's from now on. OMG. I'm floored.
I can't even imagine how many calories my beloved Pad-See-Ew is.

I had that kind of moment (I actually still am overwhelmed by how many calories I used to eat).
I think I used to consume what I do in a day now by 10 am before easily ;)
OMG its crazy. Almost nothing on Chili's menu that's not in the guiltless grill is low calorie. Its insane!
