Did a great workout last night - did 2 miles, in 1/4 mile increments (1/4 mile walking, 1/4 mile running..and so forth) until I had 1 mile walking, 1 mile running. :) Burned 500 calories!
4/1/09 - ran 1 mile, arms 3/31/09 - OFF 3/30/09 - 1.35 miles (.5 miles running) 3/29/09 - little bit of abs & legs 3/28/09 - ran total of 1.25 miles, walked total of .75 miles, some arms 3/27/09 - OFF 3/26/09 - 2.0 miles (.75 running), arms, abs
