So, I'm pissed. I didn't weigh in for over a week. Finally stepped on yesterday, and I was 155. That's good. Not gaining weight. Not really losing, but I was fine with it. But then I got on again today, and was 158.5. How did I go up 3.5 pounds in ONE day???
So mad. Makes me want to never eat again. Mom thinks maybe it was alot of salt but I don't think I ate alot of salt yesterday. Grumble. Gonna make sure to get in a REALLY good workout tonight, and all weekend :)

I still have no idea how our bodies work like that.
4 days ago, I gained 6lbs.
The next day I was down 4lbs, the next day, back up 6lbs.
It never ceases to amaze me.
Yeah. It's like, how can you really determine what your true weight is when our bodies do that to us?
