Whoo! I'm on a roll :)

I had a great workout tonight. Did 12 mins on the elliptical, burned 226 calories. Then I did a full upper body workout. (3 sets of 15 reps bicep curls, 2 sets of 15 reps chest flys, 2 sets of 10 reps squating dumbell press, 2 sets of 15 reps chest press, 10 pushups). Then I did 10 crunches, and 20 side crunches. Worked out for a good 30 minutes! :) And I can feel it getting easier to do those dumbell exercises, which is why I added a set here and there tonight).

The elliptical still isn't getting easier though. I can do a few more minutes but you should see the shape I'm in afterwards!
