I hate this week. I'm so busy. Last night, I got home late, ate, worked out, made soup, put my clothes together and lunch together for today, and then bam, bed time.
Tonight I'll be working late again. I think tonight I'm going to just do abs. Probably with my Pilates DVD, plus crunches. My arms had quite a workout last night, so I should rest them. I feel like, as long as I do SOMETHING 7 days a week I'm good. So instead of taking a full night off, I'll have a couple of nights where I do a little less, perhaps. We'll see. I just am determined to work out in some form every single day.
I haven't lost any weight. I'm maintaining, still a solid 156.0 this morning. But I'm starting to feel like I am not going to lose any weight by the wedding. And that is frustrating. I wish i could go hungry. But being hungry just sucks.
