Sundays foods were bacon & eggs, a salad for lunch, 3 sugarfree oatmeal cookies, a sugarfree fudgecicle, and then homemade macaroni & cheese (with whole wheat pasta) for dinner.
Today's foods (excluding dinner, because I'm not sure if i'll be at work or at home) are a whole wheat bagel with cream cheese, homemade mac & cheese, a yoplait whips, expected snack of 5 sugarfree fudge cookies (1 serving), pears, and jello cup.
I haven't been as diligent at putting my foods into sparkpeople as I am about listing them here but at least I'm doing SOMETHING, and at least I am actually watching what I am eating and the calories. Whether I plug it in or not, I'm mentally keeping some sort of track.
But I'd like to put an exercise tracker and calorie tracker into my widgets. That's tonight's job, after I get home from my looooong day at work.
