Today was a LONG workday. I didn't have the energy to do the eliptical, even though I had fully intended to (and even was excited for it). But getting home at 9pm will do that to you. I did actually do 30 regular crunches and 20 pushups before allowing myself to get into bed.
Dinner today was thai, but instead of my usual, probably extremely high calorie pad see yew AND thai rolls, i opted for simply thai rolls and chicken satay.
Tomorrow is a new day. And I'm really hoping I'll be able to exercise. Today, I barely had time to breathe. Phew!
