So far this week, its been pretty good. Worked out on Monday, not Tuesday, and on Wednesday. I plan to work out tonight, more eliptical and probably some Pilates too, which gives me my choice of days to take off this weekend. I THINK I'm taking Saturday off, since Brad & I are sneaking away for a Foxwoods/Mohegan Sun run all day Saturday.

It felt REALLY good to use the eliptical last night. I felt awesome (even if dead exhausted) after it, it just felt like I was being healthy.

Had toast this morning (whole wheat) and opted to use the smart balances spray butter over the tastes like butter spread, because its zero calories and fat. :)
