I just did 10 minutes on the eliptical. My eliptical is HARD. Seriously, Brad even thinks so. Its much harder than the gym. I used to be able to do 20-25 minutes easy on the gym machine but on mine, the 10 minutes killed me. But my goal is to mix in the eliptical at least 3 times a week to get cardio, and eventually work up to 15-20 minutes.

Felt good! Say goodbye, 2.5 pounds!

Oh, and foods today were:

Bacon & omelet with rest of the leftover veggies & cheese
Super salad for lunch (iceberg, mozarella, tomatoes, ranch dressing, avocado, bacon, egg)
Pears
Banana
Beef Soup and 2 slices of whole wheat toast for dinner
