only at 1000 calories today. It was a good day. And because I'm low on calories, I get to have a tasty snack later.

Foods today were a Thomas WW Bagel w/ cream cheese, lunch was a WW smart ones that was 350 calories and DELICIOUS. (Cranberry Turkey Medallions), and then dinner was some of my moms homemade vegetable soup.

I am currently simmering an unbelievably tasty smelling beef soup on my stove. MMM Lunch tomorrow! :) (And probably dinner).

Soups are so healthy, and SO tasty. I don't care for them in the summer, but in the winter they are like heaven. They warm you to the core. I need to get a cookbook for soups. Brad won't eat any chowders but that doesn't mean I can't make some for myself!

No exercise today, so I'll use this as one of my two days off a week. Brad's sick and using the bedroom, so no Pilates, and I actually have a TON of work I have to do tonight from home so I don't even have much time to blog, let alone exercise. But that's ok! I can exercise the rest of the week! :)
