I did 10 minutes of Pilates - BUNS and 20 pushups tonight. Back is killing me so I wasn't able to do more than that, but I forced myself to do SOMETHING, at least.
Not sure on calories today, too hard to figure out, but these are my foods:
Thomas Whole Wheat bagel with cream cheese
about 1/4 cup of homemade salsa, 6 tostito scoops
3 veggie spring rolls & 4 chicken wings from the chinese place down the street (mom & meme invited me for lunch)
homemade soup and a small salad for dinner
potential for a snack later but so far, not hungry.
