Ok. I need to be more strict.

I am up for grocery shopping again, I plan to do this Sunday. Tomorrow is a stress-free day out with my bridesmaid, Ali :)

My goals before grocery shopping are to prepare a strict meal plan that equals between 1300-1500 calories per day. I'm going to schedule out EVERY meal for the next two weeks. For those meals I plan to eat out, I will just make good choices and leave it at that. No punishment as long as I don't have fried foods. That is my goal. NO FRIED FAST FOODS.

Second goal is to build an exercise schedule. I've been very good at making sure to get lots of exercise, but I think I need even more. I would like to work in a 1/2 hour walk in addition to the rest of my workouts. It's cold outside, but if i bundle up I'll be just fine. However, I will not walk in less than 20 degree weather. That's just...not gonna happen.

I have 10 weeks approximately to get to my goal weight. 10 weeks to lose these stubborn 11 pounds. I know there are plenty of diets online that will gaurantee me to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks, and while that sounds fabulous, at this point, if I did one of those diets, I'd gain all the weight back by the wedding. So I will plan my meals, and up my exercise, and if in 6 weeks I'm not down much or at all, then I'll consider a crazy 2 week crash diet. But only after I fail at this.

Now, to plan meals. I sat with Shannon and her mom and we came up with some meal plans...but I didn't think beyond getting the foods at the grocery store, and so I'm unprepared. While I'm eating healthy, I'm not planning exactly whats going into my belly. And that's no good!
