I feel like, I won't lose this weight. I know I have time. And I just have to keep working hard. But with no change since 1/1...its very frustrating.
I need someone to come up with an easy to follow yet tasty meal plan and exercise plan for me that is doable that will gaurantee the 10 pound drop in 2 1/2 months.
Do i cut down the salt? (not sure how to even go about this).
Here's the deal. I'm eating pretty healthy, I think. I'm watching what I eat and my calories. I'm splitting it into 5-6 small meals a day. I'm drinking plenty of water. I only have 1 to 2 cans of soda per day (usually just 1). No other beverages (except the occasional can of V8).
I thought last night about going back to phase 1 of South Beach but I'm not sure I can even do that. My schedule is so crazy lately following something SO strict might be tough.
I just don't know what to do. The weight came off SO FAST (25 pounds in 6 months) back in 2007. Why have I been stalled at 156 for like, a year and a half? Maybe my body is just happy here.
I just don't want to feel like a bloated whale at my wedding. I want to be sexy and thin and beautiful.
Well. At least my arms will be toned, right? :)
