I dunno how Shannon and Bryan workout for like, 2 hours. How they complete a 45 minute kickboxing video, etc. Because tonight's workout, which I just could not complete, kicked my ass. I started with the leg routine. First thing I realized was that the double leg lift wasn't really a leg exercise, but an ab one. I did it, but I'll add that to my abs day and switch it for the single leg raises on the legs day.
But I cannot complete the genie thing - it hurts my thighs too much. So much that the pain makes me nauseous. And I'm doing what they say and not leaning too far back. They just HURT. And the single leg bridges are hard too. I could only make 1 set of 15, and 1 set of 10. I did only maybe 30 walking lunges, and no squats. And by the time I made it to the elliptical my legs were screaming. I did my 10 minutes, but no intervals. Still burned about 60 calories. But now my tummy hurts alot, since I didnt wait long enough after dinner to exercise.
Tomorrow might be a night off. But we'll see. I'm dying right now.
