absolutely no healthy eating or exercise in the past few days to report, other than cleaning my house, doing laundry, wrapping presents, etc. the power outage (even though we have power) has kind of messed everything up. couldn't go shopping with mom so i'm behind, its a bunch of stuff. not even at work today because no power there still. but i do have to work from home.

anyway, loads of mcdonalds, and pizza and unhealthy stuff at the xmas party (which was impossible to keep low carb, the only non fried stuff they had was some steak, and shrimp. they had sushi (rice), pizza, fried quiche things, etc etc...pasta...you know, all the non-healthy crap). friday with no power was mcdonalds, then chili's for dinner (and i did chicken crispers).

so yeah, not a healthy weekend. but that's ok! official hardcore dieting starts in about 2 weeks :)
