a little over 3000 steps today
foods: whole wheat bagel w/cream cheese, roast chicken with gravy, white rice, yoplait whips, serving of cape cod potato chips (reduced fat), serving of seasoned pretzels, southbeach diet pizza, 4 slim jims, a sugarfree tasty cake, and 3 chocolate truffles.
Yep. I was a pig today.
I'm also intending to get a burrito meal from McDonald's tomorrow morning. Yep.
I am not making excuses, or saying my behavior is acceptable. I'm just being honest about what I'm eating.
