Well, now that I might have new fans, I really gotta make sure I update! And keep on track! So embarrassing to fall off track when you have avid readers supporting you :)

I did well today though, kept to what I wrote earlier - dinner was an artichoke and a tasty salad (with avocado). Sugar free ice cream for dessert! And I'm full. And watching the 90210 season premiere, so no more eating tonight :)
