So sorry to my loyal readers for not updating consistently. Just haven't had any milestones to report.
I am eating healthy this week! :) Its right before Vegas and I'd like to not be bloaty for vacation.
Last night I had the munchies. Yesterday's food were a banana, a BLT wrap from Sorrento's, and dinner of homemade soup (so yum). But then after dinner I had sugarfree icecream, 3 pickles, some nuts, some mozarella balls, and some sunflower seeds. I seemed to have a craving I couldn't fix.
Today is good though, I ate low sugar oatmeal for breakfast, homemade soup, kashi crackers & laughing cow and sugarfree pudding for lunch, i have grapes for a snack, and tonight I'm having an artichoke and something else around the house (healthy, i promise) for dinner!
