I thought I did pretty well yesterday. I did not exercise because I was quite sore from the previous workouts, and, I literally had no time :) But I want to be doing 5 days a week so I am still on track.
Today, mom and I are walking at lunch! Yay! :) We gotta get ready for all the walking in Vegas :) (She has noooooo idea).
I ate well yesterday, at least, I was happy with it. Because I had rice and yellow curry for lunch, I made sure not to have any other bread foods the rest of the day. Had bacon & eggs for breakfast, snacks of string cheese and nuts, and for dinner, steak and green beans. Followed by the no sugar added banana split ice cream from Walmart. :)
And the best part about yesterday - I got to see Shawn Michaels on Monday Night Raw! But oh - it appears his days as a WWE wrestler may be numbered. He "retired" a couple of weeks ago, but then Chris Jericho punched Shawn's wife in the face so Shawn is coming back to kick Jericho's ass in a few weeks at the next PPV. But I fear it might be his last match (why play the retirement angle if you aren't really retiring soon?).
