I can't make the decision, but I'm flip-flopping back and forth between doing the scheduled Wii Fit or doing 2 miles around the neighborhood (approx 6 laps). That will take me 30 minutes plus, and I think that workout might be better than the Wii.
What I think I will do is still weigh in and do the body test on the Wii but log in the walking time into the activity log.
I just can't decide yet. I guess I'll see what the weather is like when I get out of the cave that the accounting department is in and go from there. I like the cooler weather, and I can put some tunes onto my ipod and just walk and it will be nice. Might even do it before dinner, so its still light out.
Grumble. I just want to get out of here! This is the longest day in the history of long days!
