Ate well yesterday. Did not do any exercise. I started planning out my week and realized I literally do not have time to devote to exercise until probably next Monday. I will be furiously cleaning my house Saturday night. And dancing to NKOTB on Friday night. But I have to focus on this show this weekend!
I'm still stressed today. I couldn't sleep that well last night, kept waking up. I had too much on my mind...
