I was happy with myself today. No exercise, but good eating. I had the bacon & eggs for breakfast, and for lunch I went out and got a huge salad at Centre Deli. No croutons! I had a jello cup, some peanuts, and string cheese for snacks, and then for dinner we ate a Shaws rotisserie chicken and green beans. Dessert was my favorite - my new favorite ice cream, Blue Bunny Peanut Butter Fudge with no added sugar (sweetened with Splenda).

Went shopping, and got all healthy stuff for the week!!!
