Another good day, and a tasty treat in store for tonight. I ate well - had a South Beach approved phase 2 cereal for breakfast - its the South Beach brand, something with strawberries. I had the Kashi crackers and a laughing cow for snack, a huge salad for lunch (with avocado, and rotisserie chicken, man it was good), pudding, and peanuts for afternoon snacks.

Tonight's dinner, though, is a tasty whole grain pasta (i did not buy dreamfields, because it is not whole grain - it says "enriched" in the ingredients and on South Beach that's a huge no-no), but i did find some other brand that looked good. So I'm making the whole grain pasta, mixed with a Healthy Choice pasta sauce (no fat!) and 93% lean hamburger meat. Nice!

And tonight, I intend to exercise. Whether time allows, that's another question, but I have the intention of exercising!
