Today, and last night, I did a few not so diet friendly things. Ok. Some really not diet friendly things.
Last night wasn't awful, I had tasty lobster, but I did have one ear of corn, and some birthday cake (but no frosting). And some lemonade without thinking about what I was drinking.
Today, I ate well during the day, but Brad talked me into McDonald's for dinner. Or. Well. He said he was going there since we cannot cook, and I went with it. I had a big mac, and a medium fry. So I'm not happy.
I did, however, walk 4 times around the neighborhood afterwards with Brad, and I did jacknife crunches on my own, and 3 sets of 10 pushups.
I really want to move my angry chicken. So why am I sabotaging my efforts?

I'm not sure whether I should give you tough love and yell at you for eating fries!! or, if I should just tell you that it's over and done with, and yesterday will be better... so I'll leave you with both :-)
I can't give you any pep talk you haven't already heard so... shape up! tomorrow is a new day :-) And you know damn well I won't allow any french fries at our lunch tomorrow! hehe
I know it can't be easy with your house in upheavel. You're such a good planner, just try to plan ahead of time what your dinners will be (even if you go out) so there will be no straying.
