So, one thing I have noticed since I started this diet - I am almost never hungry. The only time hunger happens now for me, is first thing in the morning, or if I've forgotten to eat snacks because I'm so not hungry.

Yesterday, I actually skipped a snack because I wasn't going to eat it if I wasn't hungry for it.

Today I actually have crackers and a wrap to eat - but yesterday i didn't eat the crackers, so I never had any carb foods yesterday.

I put on a pair of pants today that actually are quite a bit looser than the last time I wore them. That's nice.

I have not been on Wii Fit since Saturday - because of my torn up livingroom. And i finally let go of the NEED to just have a stamp every day. If I'm not going to exercise, i don't need to turn it on. With the sunburn and having no carpet in the livingroom, Wii Fit has taken a back seat, unfortunately. At this point, depending on how fast they move with the floors - I might not be able to Fit until after Disney, which would SUCK. I'd get so much crap from the trainer! :) Brad skipped one day and it said "decided to take a day off, eh?" jerks! :)

The thing is though, i DO feel guilty for not stepping on for the past few days, but what am I to do? Our little Wii bar is stuck to the big tv, and brad refuses to move it upstairs. I'm kind of stuck.

I will, however, do jacknife crunches on my own tonight, without the wii fit. My burn is in the itchy stage now, so at least its not too painful to the touch.

Back to work!

I love that! That's the power of low carb! Without the blood sugar spike, your body is chill with whatever you give it! :-)

I had to get over the Wii Stamp addiction too. Seriously. I used to think that it was working out for 30min that gave you the stamp.. and I wish I never found out otherwise! haha :-)
