So I'm grocery shopping tonight for enough food to get us through Sunday/Monday. We've decided Brad will add cereal (SB approved Kelloggs All Bran Extra Fiber or Fiber One) and bananas to his diet. Me, I will add grapes, and I am on the hunt for some carb of sorts - I'm supposed to add one, but I didn't want to add bread. So I'm looking for like, South Beach crackers or something.

I will also be adding my weekly Panera Bagel and cream cheese on Fridays. But I feel I'm ok with that, because I'm essentially keeping pretty strict to Phase 1 for now on the other days. If I don't find a carb I like, I'm not adding it yet...so we'll see.

Brad seems happy with our meal plan for the next week, which consists of buffalo chicken and green beans alot. He's just thrilled to have cereal, I think :) He's very sick of eggs. For me, I'm sticking with eggs and bacon for awhile. I don't think my cholesterol level is in much danger, and I think (hoping) all the healthy veggies will counteract any increase in cholesterol from the eggs and bacon anyway.
